Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

These are a great cookie to make because they do not require any baking. Just mix the ingredients together, heat them up and drop on waxed paper. Simple and perfect for day spent tailgating with your kids! And, this is one of my boys’ favorite cookie recipes.

How to Make No-Bake Football Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 3 Tbls cocoa
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 C. peanut butter
  • 3 1/2 C. quick oats

In a large saucepan, bring sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil for one minute. (Make sure that you don’t overcook!)

Mix in the other ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. To make football cookies, let the cookies cool for a few minutes and then shape into footballs.

Let cookies cool completely and decorate cookies with frosting in a decorator bag to make the cookies look like footballs. Then enjoy!
